In 2013 the authors purchased a historic three-story cut stone building in Fayetteville, West Virginia. The couple renovated the former bank building and turned it into four apartment-style vacation rentals, which they operate under the name of Lafayette Flats Boutique Vacation Rentals. This book, written on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of their business, tells the story of the project, and how it went from dream to reality in nine months.
